1. Wire Antenna: It is the most representative antenna type seen anywhere from cars, buildings, ships, aircrafts and spaceships. Its shapes vary from straight line (dipole), to loop, and to spiral. The loop antenna doesn’t require to be shaped circle but can have shapes of rectangular, square, oval and others. Circle loop type is used most because it is simple to produce.
2. Aperture Antenna: It is very sophisticated antenna and nowadays more familiar due to the increase in demand for use of high frequency band. Such a form can be easily applied to the skin of aircraft or spaceship, which makes it usable to aircraft and spaceship. Also dielectric may be coated in order to protect the antenna from the poor environment.
